Fighting the weight is no fun. I am holding at 277. Right now I am just trying to maintain the weight loss. Three weeks from now I will hit the diet hard again. I plan to get down to 245 by the beginning of April. I set up the bikes in the basement. Ready for some indoor training. Outdoor is not even possible. The inversion is like mud soup.
