247 Lunch.

This diet is tough. Susan helped me out by giving me too many steamed green beans.

That was lunch. It works out to about 250 calories.

The diet died a chicken wing and pizza death on Friday night. I put about 5 lbs back on in one day. Phase 4 of the diet will start the Friday after Thanksgiving. Somehow I need to get down to about 200 lbs by the first of March.
