That was lunch. It works out to about 250 calories.The diet died a chicken wing and pizza death on Friday night. I put about 5 lbs back on in one day. Phase 4 of the diet will start the Friday after Thanksgiving. Somehow I need to get down to about 200 lbs by the first of March.
