Ever feel like you are looking at this scale in the morning? ME too. I had a couple of days where i did not lose any weight. Given that I am still eating about 500 calories a day I could not believe that I was not losing any weight. Luckily this morning when I got up I had dropped 1.5 lbs. I am sure my metabolism has shut down at this point but I am still hoping to get down below 240 by next Friday morning. Then I will blow it all to hell with my trip to Vegas. It will be good to be off the diet. I am losing my sanity because I have not been on the bike since September 11th. To say I am Jonesing for a ride would be an understatement.
