248. I hit the plateau.

Ever feel like you are looking at this scale in the morning? ME too. I had a couple of days where i did not lose any weight. Given that I am still eating about 500 calories a day I could not believe that I was not losing any weight. Luckily this morning when I got up I had dropped 1.5 lbs. I am sure my metabolism has shut down at this point but I am still hoping to get down below 240 by next Friday morning. Then I will blow it all to hell with my trip to Vegas. It will be good to be off the diet. I am losing my sanity because I have not been on the bike since September 11th. To say I am Jonesing for a ride would be an understatement.

I would get fired from my job and my wife would divorce me within two weeks if I were on 500 calories a day. Don't know how you do it.

That's only like 1 donut a day. You have some impressive self discipline!

I will post a photo of what lunch looks like. I am excited to be done soon. 247 today and I want to be 240 or less by next Friday morning. I am trying to get down to 200 by the end of January. I can only do this diet for about 30 days then I have to stop for at least a month or longer. The trick is to try not to gain back the weight.
